Transformations: Multiple columns ending with special characters

Fivetran will convert one of the columns such as A+ to A_ but then drop the other A- columns (since there's already an A_ column existing now).

We’re pleased to inform you that support for using schema, table, and column names containing special characters is now generally available for database connectors. With this improvement, the destination now preserves the original names exactly as defined in the source.
