Connector Improvement: Datadog metrics collection

When we use Datadog connector to collect metrics data and dump it into a destination lets say for example Snowflake. We are seeing this issue where its only fetching metrics data for given time of sync and at the destination it updates the METRIC_VOLUME_ID. This makes metrics data almost useless for us to perform further analytics. We need full metrics history so it should rather dump all values of METRIC_VOLUME minute by minute at the time of sync into the destination
