Connector Improvement: Allow RaaS level re-syncs on Workday RaaS connector (post March 2025)

Currently, the Workday RaaS connector (post-2025) only allows connector-level re-syncs. It would be ideal to enable RaaS (schema object) level re-syncs on these types of connectors.
1. If there are multiple large RaaSes using incremental syncs via dynamic params on the connector, re-syncing the entire connector may interrupt the connector for several hours unnecessarily as opposed to 1 hour for a single RaaS
2. The workaround for this outlined by Fivetran is to have multiple connections, one per RaaS. However, with the new 2025 pricing model, this will lead to unnecessary increased costs via MAR spend (8 connectors vs 1 connector for a total of 2 million MAR can be $30k a year)
