Connector Improvement: Procore Connector: Table Deselection

According to a support case with Fivetran we have been notified that LITE connectors do not have the ability to deselect "tables" (a.k.a. endpoints) which resulted in several tables from Procore that contain completely redundant information that is not useful in our use cases and are a factor of 5-10x the number of rows of all other tables.

Without the ability to deselect these tables, it adds roughly 3 million MAR of utilization for a single customer which makes the connect completely unusable since there is no way our customer would pay the cost for this information.
The request is to be able to deselect tables that are not required for this connector.
