Connector Improvement: Add SFTP connector ability to use SSH+Username/Pwd authentication simultaneously

One of our clients requires that we use both SSH+username/pwd authentication simultaneously to connect to their SFTP server. So, in order to connect to their SFTP server using Fivetran we would need to first use SSH and subsequently username/pwd. Currently, the Fivetran SFTP connector provides either SSH or username/pwd but not both at the same time.
