Connector Improvement: Service Titan connector: Add [Task Management] tables

Overview

We are requesting the enhancement of the existing Fivetran connector to include a new Task Management table, aligning with the structure provided by the ServiceTitan API. This new table is necessary to enable more comprehensive data integration and reporting on task management functionalities within our tenant's environment.

Business Justification

Integrating the Task Management table into the connector schema will enable downstream systems to fully leverage task-related data for analytics, operational workflows, and performance monitoring. Currently, the lack of this table creates data gaps, limiting our ability to achieve a 360-degree view of task activities. Having this table available will:

  • Enhance reporting capabilities related to task statuses, assignments, and completions.

  • Improve operational visibility across multiple teams and projects.

  • Facilitate better task tracking and performance analytics without relying on custom ingestion workarounds.

  • Ensure that Power Support Partners can leverage the full scope of ServiceTitan’s task management functionalities natively through Fivetran.

    Love this idea. Adding the Task Management tables would close a big gap and make reporting and tracking a lot cleaner without needing all the workarounds. Totally agree it’ll help us get way more value out of ServiceTitan through Fivetran. Big thumbs up from me 👍🏼
