New Connector: Connector SDK Support - Redshift source

Redshift is am one of the primary source system for us to ingest the data and land it to Databricks Lakehouse.
Expected features
- Incremental load
- Change data capture where possible
- Should support as part of Hybrid deployment
- Terraform setup is good to have

Connector SDK now support Hybrid Deployment (Beta), so your custom connector would be able to run in HD.
