My company needs the link the mp4 files in NICE, which are located in the media-playbook endpoint in the API. Having the links would make it easier for our team to access them and potentially automate downloading them.

There are 3 endpoints.

The endpoint with the mp4 links is:  /media-playback/v1/acd-contacts/{acdContactId}statements/{statmentId}
