Other: Capture is not able to take IgnoreSessionName if the value has more than 24 characters

We are getting errors when trying to set Capture IgnoreSessionName to a value with more than 24 characters. Although there is workaround available for this, we would like this feature to be in-built on the product, so we don't have to maintain extra channel actions.

    Hi Mary,

    I agree that this is an unnecessary limitation. Let me see if we can lift this or at least make the maximum length significantly higher.
