Connector Improvement: Shopify GraphQL Discounts, Order(LineItem & LineItemGroup)

I’d like to request that Fivetran use Shopify’s GraphQL API for Orders, including Line Items and Line Item Groups. The REST API misses key relationships like bundled products and discount allocations, while GraphQL provides a more complete and efficient structure.

Please also consider switching to the Shopify GraphQL API for Discounts. We are missing many discounts that were created by third party apps on our store. This request was submitted here as well.

    Hi Brian,

    Thank you for the feature request.

    We’re currently in the process of migrating all our Shopify endpoints to GraphQL, which we expect to complete within the next couple of months. As part of this effort, we also plan to support bundled products, discount allocations, and improved handling of third-party discounts.

    We appreciate you highlighting these needs, and we’ll keep you updated as the migration progresses.
