Connector Improvement: Deputy - Capture Delete records for Roster and Roster Slots

Currently, deletes are only captured in the AWARD_LIBRARY, NEWS_FEED, and NOTIFICATION tables.

However, not capturing deleted entries in Roaster and Roaster Slots is undermining our modeling. We cannot identify deleted shifts, and thus any KPI measuring the number of active agents becomes unreliable.

In just one week of implementation, we’ve already manually identified several deleted slots, and the issue is growing.
