Connector Improvement: Create empty tables/columns

Because of https://fivetran.com/docs/connectors/applications/hubspot/troubleshooting/missing-columns-or-tables we have to maintain multiple versions of SQL queries that account for all permutations of missing tables/columns.
It would be great if Fivetran created empty tables/columns even if there is no data in the source.

We have the same issue. Sql queries just fail when the table doesn’t exist. It would be nice to not have to write additional queries to check for the existence of tables/columns before querying for the values.
