Connector Improvement: Add to Jira connector since OpsGenie is being deprecated

Jira is deprecating Ops Genie, a connector Fivetran supports, and moving to a Jira Service Management solution, something Fivetran partially supports but is missing some tables/apis.
Please fully support the Jira Service Management solution for incident management
These are the endpoints we need supported.
