There's a gap in the incidentIO schema where we're not able to join catalog_entry_attribute_value with other parts of the schema. Contains values on the catalog entry, but there's no available join that contextualizes what those values are.

It seems like catalog_type_schema_attribute will provide the contextualization that is needed, but there's no granular enough join that provides this information. What I think would fix this, is an ID that provides a join between catalog_entry_attribute_value and catalog_type_schema_attribute.
