    Thank you for your request to include the IVR Options Selected data in the Aircall connector.

    I’m happy to share that this enhancement has been shipped to your account as part of a private release. The new ALL_IVR_OPTIONS_SELECTED table now captures data from the ivr_options_selected object in the Aircall API, providing deeper insights into IVR selections and call flow behavior.

    We’d love to hear your feedback on this update. If we don’t hear back, we’ll assume it’s meeting your needs and proceed with a wider public release once validation is complete.
