We currently sync the subscription_history table, which captures changes to subscriptions over time. Could you share more about why you’d need subscription_item_change_events specifically? Is it for data that’s not already available in the subscription_item table?

Also, if you have public documentation for the subscription_item_change_events table as it appears in Stripe Reporting, please share it — that would help us evaluate the request more effectively.
