Connector Improvement: Add _fivetran_deleted Column to Jira asset_* Tables or Fully Replace Tables on Sync

The asset list is always changing in Jira, so if we can’t know whether or not the asset lists we have in the destination schema accurately represent what is in the source, it makes the tables unusable. Without a column to show deleted records, or the ability to fully replace the tables on sync (such that the tables represent the current states of the objects in Jira at the time of the sync), the asset tables have no utility.
