Connector Improvement: Add tables to Zuora Connector
PlannedWe'd like to have the following Ramp tables added to the Zuora Connector:
- ramp
- rampinterval
- rampintervaldeltametrics
- rampintervaldeltamr
- rampintervaldeltaquantity
- rampintervalmetrics
- rampintervalmrr

These are not referenced in the Fivetran Zuora Schema Information but do exist in Zuora Data Query
Thanks!

Hi Ignacio,
Thank you for the feature request. The
rampand related tables you mentioned aren’t currently included in our Zuora connector schema, but I’ve added this request to our backlog for consideration. While it’s not on our current roadmap, we’ll prioritize it based on demand and update you on any changes. To help us better understand the impact, could you share how you're currently working around the absence of these tables? Are there any specific pain points this is causing? That context will help us better prioritize the request.
Best,
Sandeep

Hello, I'd like to ask again about this feature request. The same team that Ignacio had first requested this feature for is still in need of accessing the Ramp tables that he listed in this feature request to be available through Fivetran. Specifically, the rampinterval table is needed as a higher priority.
The business use of this data is monthly + ad hoc reporting to determine which B2B accounts are due for a price increase. The B2B team would then act upon that list and update the subscriptions/accounts accordingly.
The current pain point for this is that the data query limitation can only allow for up to 10M records to be queried at one time. Because of the volume in the rampinterval table, the data query runs for 5 minutes and then fails. Even with adding a WHERE clause, the query will return the failure as it reads the whole table.
I also do not see that any of the ramp tables as they relate to the required objects for that report in the Data Source Extract module. If there was a way to do a data source export of the rampinterval table or add the needed fields in relation to Account, Subscription, Rate Plan or Rate Plan Charge, we could use that as an option.
Can anyone provide a solution if this feature is not able to be prioritized?

Hi Christine,
We can start working on this from the next sprint and have requested access on ticket #312097. To ensure successful development, we would need access to your connection to better understand the data structure. Providing access allows us to accurately tailor the connector improvements to your specific setup.
Best,

Hi, Sandeep. I have requested the data infrastructure team to grant access. Thank you
