Dashboard Improvement: Show time Zone on Dashboard

Time Zone should be added to the Sync History. 

This examples show the sync start and end times without a time zone.

    The dashboard is always displayed in your local timezone. While we won't add this to the hover state as mentioned, we will update our Docs to ensure this is clear for all users. We appreciate your feedback!
