Other: Set Sync Delay Thresholds Specific to Time if Hourly
I receive Sync Delay alerts every morning when Workday Financial Management syncs have completed. This replication duration exceeds the other executions throughout the day. If a Sync is set to execute more than once a day, then it's "delay threshold" should be based on prior executions at the same time.

We are aware of the current calculation not working well with major outliers in some cases and are actively working on a fix. Keep an eye out for an update here.

We have a similar issue.
It would be great if it could adapt the threshold to typical delays at that time of day, or if we could set a threshold override ourselves, e.g. notify us if the delay is longer than X minutes/hours.

Hi Fabio, users on enterprise or BCF plans can set a custom threshold, but it is currently gated to those plans. I'll keep your feedback in mind as we evaluate the future of this feature.
