Connector Improvement: Improve the fivetran logs

We are currently facing an issue with the Fivetran platform where we are unable to view the connector logs that you observe on your end. At present, we can only access the Platform logs, which unfortunately are not up-to-date.
We would like to request a feature that would allow us, as customers, to have improved Fivetran platform logs OR access to the full and real-time connector logs within the Fivetran tool. Sample Fivetran Support Request ID- #248243
Why this is needed:
Access to the full and up-to-date logs would significantly reduce the time we spend reaching out to Fivetran support to check for issues. This would enable us to resolve issues more swiftly and independently.
Benefits:
- Faster troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Reduced reliance on Fivetran support for routine log checks.
- Improved efficiency and minimized downtime.
Problem it would solve:
This feature would help us gain immediate insight into the problem, fast-tracking the understanding and resolution process, and ultimately improving our overall experience with the platform.
