Is your question related to HVR?

Note that you can run compare with the option "Keep Difference Files".

Any differences are then stored in $HVR_CONFIG/hubs/<hub name>/channels/<channel name>/locs/loc_<target location name>/diff. You can see the files by going to the Events and find your compare event.

You can view the files in the HVR GUI, or on the command line in XML format when you use the Command Line option.
