    Thank you for your request to add the Conversation Intelligence endpoints to the Aircall connector - we truly appreciate your valuable feedback.

    I’m happy to share that this feature has already been shipped to your account as part of a private release. The enhancement introduces several new tables to support the Conversation Intelligence feature set, including:

    • CALL_TRANSCRIPTION

    • CALL_TRANSCRIPTION_CONTENT_UTTERANCE

    • CALL_SENTIMENT_PARTICIPANT

    • CALL_TOPIC_CONTENT

    • CALL_SUMMARY

    • CALL_ACTION_ITEM

    • CALL_PLAYBOOK_RESULT

    • CALL_PLAYBOOK_RESULT_TOPIC

    These tables are child objects of CALL and are designed to provide deeper insights into call content, topics, sentiment, and actionable outcomes.

    We’d love to hear your feedback on how this works for your use case. If we don’t hear back from you, we’ll assume the update is meeting your needs and will proceed with our plans for a wider public release once validation is complete.
