Connector Improvement: Salesforce Event Log Storage
PlannedLooking for a way to use Fivetran to access Event Log Data from Salesforce.
These objects don't have the IDs and timestamps typical of most Salesforce objects so the current Fivetran connector is unable to correctly load the objects.
These objects contain very valuable information for tracking usage and adoption of salesforce pages, and also work well for DLP/security purposes.

Hi Aaron,
Thanks for reaching out about this. Just to confirm: are you referring to the EventLogFile? What are you seeing now in your connection and what would be your ideal state?
Best,
Sadie

Hi Sadie - This includes all of the "...EventLog" tables. In our case we were specifically trying to capture ReportEventLog, LoginEventLog, and LightningPageViewEventLog. The problem, is that the ID field in these tables does not contain a primary key. We were told by the Fivetran support rep that Fivetran was using that ID and attempting to deduplicate records before writing to our warehouse, so only a single row of data would ever be loaded.
