Connector Improvement: Add Capture Deletes to the Pendo connector
PlannedHi team!
The Pendo connector currently doesn't support capturing deletes so we have no idea when a Feature, Page, or else object no longer exists on the Pendo side.
We're having to do this manually by directly importing the current list of objects from the Pendo API.
If we can't mark things as deleted/no longer valid we don't know which metrics/analytics/etc to keep and which ones to exclude.
I think it is crucial for this connector to have something like a Fivetran Deleted column or something similar and even though we were able to put together a way around this limitation on our side I believe this should be considered as a high priority improvement because otherwise we're having to build things manually that we would otherwise expect the tool that we're paying for, in this case Fivetran, to provide for us.

This has been a pretty huge pain point for us - time wasted investigating data discrepancies and prod change requests to clear out the tables plus cost to fully resync. Very frustrating.
Especially where Pendo is a tool that can change so often.
