Connector Improvement: Add metrics API to Infobip connector

In addition to the API data fetched with the Fivetran Infobip connector as of Feb. 26, 2025, Infobip provides an API with metrics on account usage.
For companies that use companies like Infobip as a service on individual clients' behalf, it is important to be able to observe per-client usage, both volume and cost.
This is analogous to the usage_record API offered by Twilio and provided as the usage_record table in the Fivetran connector.
