Connector Improvement: Zendesk Connector
AnsweredI’d like to request a new feature to incorporate Zendesk AI metrics into Fivetran as two new schemas within the Zendesk connector. AI is becoming a key component in support operations, and having access to these datasets would provide valuable insights to improve business performance.
Zendesk provides a set of AI-related metrics and attributes, as documented here. Enabling these in Fivetran would help businesses leverage AI-driven insights more effectively.
Could you please let me know if this is something on your roadmap or if there are any workarounds to access these datasets via Fivetran?

Hi Sahithi,
Thank you for checking on this. There doesn’t appear to be an API available to export these metrics. They are generated through Zendesk Explore reports, and currently, there’s no supported mechanism to programmatically fetch data from Explore reports.
If you happen to come across an endpoint that could help with this, please do share it with us . We’d be happy to take a closer look.
