Connector Improvement: Vonage connector - interaction channel event table

In the interaction channel event table , we need event start time and event end time . 
We can see that on the portal. but in the data set it is not coming up which is critical field for us to calculate.

 

Can we have these two columns added please?

    Hi Srusti,
    Since the asked fields are aggregated fields, we will not be adding them to the connector. The raw fields to compute the same are available. The equation for the same are:
    event_start_time = interaction.start + event.offset
    event_end_time = interaction.start + event.offset + event.duration
