Other: Introduce Granular filtering for Notifications to reduce noise
We have configured Fivetran notifications through Slack, with stakeholders included in the channel. However, we're receiving numerous notifications about temporary delays and intermittent failures, which often resolve automatically, creating unnecessary noise.
Can you build some sort of filtering to refine these notifications to focus solely on critical alerts, such as when a connector is broken?

Hi Chinmay,
Thanks for reaching out! You are able to configure the delay notifications to be less sensitive, or if you don't find them useful, you can even turn them off.
To adjust your existing connection's Delay Threshold setting value, do the following:
- In your Fivetran dashboard, go to your connection page.
- Select the Setup tab.
- Select an option from the Delay Notifications drop-down menu that describes how often you want to receive notifications. A summary of your selection appears below the drop-down menu.
For intermittent failures, can you share more details? Are these potentially sync failures?
Best,
Lyndsey
