Destination Improvement: fivetran_meta automatic data retention

The fivetran_meta schema contains at least one logging table that can grow VERY large. There does not appear to be a current way to manage this size from within Fivetran via a retention policy. It would be nice to have this functionality instead of having to handle manually.

Hi Alex, thanks for the feedback!
By policy, we don't ever delete data in the customer's destination – you can imagine how this could go wrong. With that being said, we could potentially consider create some configuration around the data model so you could set retention policies by table. I've added this to my backlog to look into!
