As I'm sure a ton of data folks know, the need for Salesforce Data Dictionaries (or general data dictionaries) is always something we are battling with. The newest tables EntityDefinitions and FieldDefinitions is a huge step forward in pulling metadata out of Salesforce and presenting to the business. The big piece missing is now the Pick lists associated with the fields in Salesforce. While you can select the 'PickListValuesInfo' to sync in Fivetran, it syncs no data because it doesn't specify the fields you are looking to pull. If we could get this working, it would be a huge win in the Data Governance and Data Dictionary efforts!
