Connector Improvement: Support for financial_actions_report by Payout ID for the Checkout connector

Hi Team,
The customer is not seeing the payout_id column and data in the destination. We can see that the payout_id column has value in the source. We observed that we are filtering only the "type": "FinancialActions" from the report table. Hence we are raising this FR for the support of financial_actions_report by Payout ID for the Checkout connector.

An Alternate fix to this is to also pull data from the financial actions report by payout id.
Could this please be raised as a feature request?
