Connector Improvement: iLevel Connector Improvement - Deletes

Currently the iLevel connector captures deletes for some tables but not all. It'd be incredibly helpful to ensure all tables have the deletes captured and that this is sync'd each time rather than needing to do an entire database re-sync. Thanks,
