Connector Improvement: Add missing fields to Simplesat connector

The following fields are missing from the Simplesat connector. Could these be added?

  • The follow_up_answer is missing the "follow_up_answer_choice" and "follow_up_answer_choices" fields.
  • The answer is missing a "choices" field.
  • Customer is missing the "external_id" and "custom_attributes" fields.
