Connector Improvement: Add the ability for SQL Server connector to select CDC Instance

Currently the connector to SQL Server can only select a table that has only one CDC instance.
If there are two, then we cannot replicate.
Provide the ability for a dropdown menu to select the CDC instance.
This has caused issues across numerous teams across our organisation in an effort
to consolidate the CDC instance.

This improvement for the SQL Server connector—the ability to allow Fivetran replication alongside native CDC replication—is currently being developed.

Also for Azure SQL Managed Instance, as we are migrating from SQL Server to managed instance by the end of FY25.
