Other: Need the ability to alter query plan in HVR source queries

We are facing significant issues with throughput from source based on how HVR send select queries to the source with multiple sub-queries instead of being able to join and filter. Requesting to see if we can tweak the product to alter the query statements and conditions to accept joins

    Hi Ravi,

    Have you worked with support or professional services on your performance issue? I wonder if your channel configuration is sub-optimal resulting in poor performance, especially since you mention multiple subqueries.

    In general HVR submits queries to the database relying on its optimizer to find the best execution plan.

    We have no plans to allow HVR users to directly impact the way queries are generated. Doing so would make it very hard for us to stand behind the quality of the data replication.
