Connector Improvement: PagerDuty Connector: add incident_type and custom fields

There are some important fields in PagerDuty that are not part of the FiveTran ERD and therefore not being imported. These are fields that need to be used in several of our important reports as it contains critical information about the nature of incidents raised.
The following outlines the data, with links back to the PagerDuty API documentation:
