Connector Improvement: Zendesk Support Connector Improvement - Missing Call Properties
AnsweredMy company uses the Zendesk Support Connector to ingest our Zendesk call data into our data lake. It seems to be missing a few key attributes that I found on Zendesk's API documentation (https://developer.zendesk.com/api-reference/voice/talk-partner-edition-api/calls/).
- call_ended_at
- queue_time
- queue_name
This would be extremely helpful to be able to report on the end-to-end call funnel. Thanks!

Hi Tyler,
Thank you for raising this request. Unfortunately, we’re currently blocked because the API was originally designed for integrations with voice telephone software and doesn’t provide a way to fetch a list of call IDs. Without that, we’re unable to retrieve call details. That said, we’re actively keeping an eye out for alternative solutions that could support this use case, and we’ll keep you updated as soon as we have a viable path forward.
