Connector Improvement: Add Estimates endpoint to Chargebee Product Catalog 2.0 Connector

The `estimates` object is present on Fivetran's Chargebee Product Catalog 1.0 Connector, but not on the 2.0 connector. This is very valuable data that allows us to model future financial data accurately. Given that the object is available in the other connector, and that the endpoints for 1.0 vs 2.0 are virtually identical, this should be a very easy add that would provide a lot of value to your customers.
