Background

Our current system retrieves SKU details exclusively based on associated orders. This means that any SKUs without linked orders are excluded by default. As a result, inventory visibility is incomplete.

Customer Use Case

Customers require a complete list of SKUs, including those that have not been ordered yet, to maintain accurate inventory records and avoid gaps in warehouse stock management. Currently, due to our reliance on order-based SKU retrieval, some SKUs remain untracked within our connector, creating inconsistencies.

Proposed Solution:  Integrate support for the All Listings Report from Amazon’s Selling Partner API (SP-API) to fetch and store SKU details in our system.
