We would like to replicate the data from mongodb sharded cluster to another mongodb sharded cluster. Will Fivetran supports mongodb as a destination ?

We don't have MongoDB as a destination on our roadmap, but you might consider using our Kafka destination to write data into MongoDB ( https://www.mongodb.com/docs/kafka-connector/current/ ).
