New Destination: Connection setup for a Managed MySQL Destination( for eg. DigitalOcean)

Destination setup for a Managed MySQL Destination like DigitalOcean fails due local_infile variable being not set to ON. As certain MySQL instance are a managed sequence like DigitalOcean, setting the variable to ON is not possible and the normal MySQL destination setup fails. Requesting a workaround for this or a new destination setup to support Managed MySQL destinations.
