Connector Improvement: Sync additional tables in Survicate connector

While trying to get survey results from Survicate found that Fivetran does not sync the question type - numerical_scale and redirect_timeout. It  will be helpful to bring in data from these tables too or I feel the connector doesn ot serve its prupose if we don't get complete data into destination.

    This completely makes sense - having full coverage of question types such as numerical_scale and redirect_timeout is important to ensure complete and meaningful survey data in your destination.
