Currently, the Fivetran connector fetches contract_terms data from the /subscriptions endpoint in Chargebee. However, this endpoint does not return contract_terms for inactive subscriptions, while the dedicated /contract_terms endpoint does.

Since the /contract_terms endpoint requires a mandatory subscription ID parameter, it is unclear if the connector can directly pull data from it efficiently.

Feature Request:
We request an enhancement to the Fivetran Chargebee connector to retrieve both active and inactive contract_terms. This could be achieved by:

1. Fetching contract_terms separately using the /contract_terms endpoint, or
2. Enhancing the existing logic to include inactive contract_terms when retrieving data from the /subscriptions endpoint. (This would be the preferred option)

Business Impact:

• Ensuring complete visibility into all contract terms, including inactive ones, is critical for accurate billing and subscription analysis.
• Without this data, we face challenges in managing contract transitions and historical records effectively.

Would appreciate feedback on feasibility and any potential workarounds in the meantime.
