Connector Improvement: Freshservice API - Add Approval History Table
AnsweredAdd a table that shows approval history for tickets. There is only an Approval Status in the Ticket table but no way to see the entire approval history. This is the API call to retrieve the approval history, and it easily links to the Ticket with the Parent_ID field.

This would be helpful to have in the future. I was able to work around this by pulling the data using a Python API, but this added time and complexity to our project. Having this as a built in feature to Fivetran would be much more useful.

My company would still be interested in this as well. We use Freshservice with our Accounts Payable team and there is a whole world of reporting that would be unlocked with Approvals
