Other: Support for HVR 6 for log-based capture on Ingres 12.0

Ingres released version 12.0 for the DBMS. The release notes only specify up to 11.2 for support for LOG-Based capture (HVR 6.2.5). There do not seem to be any changes in log/journalling in version 12. We would like hub-support for Ingres 12.0 as well.

We added support for Ingres 12 capture in HVR 6.2.5/2 (https://fivetran.com/docs/hvr6/supported-platforms/platform-support-matrix-625).

We also plan to add support for Ingres 12 to the GA releases 6.1.0 and 6.2.0.
