Destination Improvement: Support common Salesforce formula functions for S3 Data Lake destination

For Salesforce formulas, per https://fivetran.com/docs/connectors/applications/salesforce/formula#formulafieldtranslationlimitations there are a large number of common functions that are only supported for a specific set of destinations. Our team is building our product heavily on top of data synced with the Fivetran Salesforce connector, but we are using the S3 Data Lake destination (AWS Athena), which means a large number of formulas cannot be translated.
It would be great to have the formula model translation updated so that more of these common functions are supported for the S3 Data Lake destination.

In general we a evaluating how to manage transformations on Manage Data Lake Service destinations; however, we do not have a timeline to share with you.
