Connector Improvement: Add Incremental Sync to Upland Software Connector

Currently the Upland Software connector only incrementally syncs three tables (PROFILE, BROADCAST, CALL) and all of the other tables are fully refreshed daily. We're seeing the connector take 34 hours to complete the data extract step for each sync because of the amount of data, which already limits the utility of this connector and it will only get worse as the amount of data in the non-incrementally synced tables grows. It would be very helpful to have the option to incrementally sync all tables or to choose that for each table individually.
