Connector Improvement: Zendesk support having token based authentication
AnsweredThe Zendesk support connector currently allows only the domain name for configuration and does not support the entire web URL. The baseURL of Zendesk support in Hub24 doesn't have public access. And so , We need to have a customized web url to login to Zendesk or Token based authentication needs to be done. Fivetran doesnt support token based authentication. Do you have any fix for this?

Have you tried to set up a Zendesk connector via the Fivetran API? There is a token-based auth method available via API. https://fivetran.com/docs/rest-api/api-reference/api-configuration/connector-configuration#zendesksupportĀ
Please file a Support ticket if you need additional help getting this to work - we should be able to find a workaround for you or add it to our product backlog if necessary.
