Transformations: Extend public API to include dbt Cloud Transformations

Currently your REST API only supports DBT_CORE and QUICKSTART transformations performing any actions on dbt Cloud transformations using the REST API is not currently supported, please be so kind to extend your public API.
I'm specifically looking at something simple as pausing/unpausing the transformation.

@Jimmy, we want to pause/unpause jobs whenever a PR in GitHub is merged to avoid any collisions.
